Upon contacting us, we took several details. Room size, if animal problems was an issue. Did the odour need to be removed?

When we arrived at the property, this is what we did.

1/ Did a walk-through with the customer to identify the fibre and any issues she may have missed.

2/ Pre vacuumed. This removes any loose grit.

3/ Applied a lemon alkaline solution. We can work straight away if we want to with this chemical. However, we allowed this to dwell.

4/ Set up our truck mount. Added fresh water to the clean tank, along with a cap full of acid. The acid will leave a neutral pH on your fibres.

5/ Steam cleaned at a temperature of 110f with 300psi.

Urine Removal

This has three levels for us.

1- Basic

This is where the problem can be extracted during the normal cleaning process.

2- Intermediate

The heavier problems, where a lot of stains exist, normally require dedicated chemicals to aid in the extraction.

3- Rip Out

This is where the underlay is so contaminated we need to remove the carpet and underlay. Sanitise the subfloor, replace new underlay and refit the carpet.
