Carpet cleaning is a passion. A little sad I know, however if you require the services of highly trained carpet cleaner there is know one better than me. How can I make this statement.

Well a few things spring to mind

1/ I have been in this industry for over twenty years.

2/ Before I even contemplated entering this industry I attended many training schools, learning from the best recognised schools being the Ncca and Iicrc. Taking exams for proficiency, hands on examinations, chemical understanding, fibre identification. More advanced was removing odours and pet issues such as urine accidents.

3/ Refresher courses annually to learn of new chemicals, machinery, and yes new fabrics.

4/ We are fully insured, and have never had to make a single claim. And the reason for this is see, 1 and 2.

Steam extraction is the most popular method we use. 

This system gives a deep down clean flushing away all grease, grime and contaminants. 

Drying times is a question we are asked all the time.

As a rule of thumb all fibres will be touch dry when we leave.

100% moisture removal takes around 2/4 hours depending on a rooms humidity and fibre length.
