If you require a same-day appointment for issues such as someone being sick, blood, a person who can’t make it to the toilet, a colostomy bag that has leaked, or paint spills, we will get to you on the same day.

Depending on the severity, we may swap appointments to get to you sooner.

After the initial call, we are asked how much it will cost. Unfortunately, we can’t advise this as we don’t know the severity of the situation. People will under-exaggerate the situation to minimise the charge. We won’t even give you an approximation until we have seen the problem.
