What can I do for you?

PH levels are used specifically. But to neutralise this, we add an acid to the freshwater tank. Leaving any fibre or fabric with a neutral 7.5 pH score.

Heat is key as well. So for instance, if we are working on wool we would not use heat about 50 degrees, but with artificial fabrics, we can increase this to receive h20(g).

Stain removal is not a guarantee for many reasons.

1/ Customer attempts with products that have sealed and locked in the stain.

2/ Dye transfer has happened.

On a positive note, we are quite successful in this area. If the stain is lighter or darker than the colour of the carpet.

When it comes to your furniture, we use the same machinery but different solutions, lower psi and heat.

We check for rips, damage and other issues before any work takes place, plus photographs for our records.

We start at the rear, working our way to the sides.

In the event the headrests, arms or backing is a little more dirty, we apply our solution again and agitate.

The hand tool is small to allow us to move in and out of the intricate areas.

Once complete, we renap the fabric.
