The chemical was liberally applied and agitated. We now leave this is dwell for at least ten minutes.

Water pressure was set to 300 psi with the temperature set to deliver steam vapour.

Short and repetitive wet and dry passes with the wand are carried out. Once a section is complete, we check and either go over it again or move to the next section.

Once the whole room is complete, we place an air mover to speed up the drying.

From gloss to water-based. We will suck the majority up first using a hand tool. Then flush the area with cold water until we can not recover any more paint. We then use chemistry to rid the leftovers.

Urine

Normally animals cause this, however, we attend properties because of adults.

Flushing using cold water only, followed by steam extraction.

Vomit

This volatile body function is not pleasant, especially if it is on the carpet or sofa.

The odour associated can be quite yucky. It lingers and no matter what you do it does not seem to go away.
